About this site

This Site is an informational and promotional site about our markets and the independent makers who join them. Market dates, locations, vendors, and details are provided in good faith and may change or be cancelled (for example, due to weather or venue availability). Please confirm details before traveling to an event.

Markets & events

Attendance at our markets is free and at your own discretion. We are not responsible for the products, conduct, or representations of independent makers or other attendees. Any purchase you make at a market is a transaction between you and that maker.

Shopping online

Products are also sold through our online shop at shop.dreamersmarkets.com, which has its own terms, privacy, returns, and shipping policies that govern those purchases.

Vendor applications

Applications to vend are submitted through a separate form (hosted on dm.dreamersmarkets.com). Participation as a vendor is subject to approval and to any separate vendor terms provided to you.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, the Dreamers Markets name and logo, and the content we create, is owned by Dreamers Markets or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse it without permission. Maker names, photos, and product details belong to the respective makers.

Third-party links

We link to third-party sites and services (such as Instagram, Pinterest, Eventbrite, our online shop, and our vendor form). We don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at a market.

Governing law
