About · Founded 2021 · Southern California
Dreamers Markets is a curated pop-up vendor market series in Southern California — 70+ free, family-friendly outdoor markets per year, 3,200+ small businesses, and 80,000 dreamers on our list.
What we are
Dreamers Markets organizes free, family-friendly outdoor pop-up markets across Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Each market features 100+ carefully selected vendors — local makers, artisans, vintage curators, food trucks, and small-batch food and beverage brands.
We curate for quality and category balance. We don't fill the same booth type five times. We don't take a cut of vendor sales. We treat every market as its own conversation between vendors, venue, and the people walking through.
A quick note on the name
There is at least one other unrelated business sharing a similar name in the financial trading / investment space. We are not affiliated with them. Dreamers Markets is a Southern California pop-up vendor market series — small business events, makers, food, family afternoons.
How we started
Dreamers Markets started in 2021 with a single pop-up and a simple idea: build the kind of market that small business owners could actually count on — curated, well-run, predictable, and worth bringing your friends to.
Five years later, we host 70+ markets a year across Newport Beach, Tustin, Downtown LA, and San Diego. 3,200 small businesses have stood inside a Dreamers Markets tent. 80,000 shoppers are on our newsletter. We've become one of the largest curated pop-up market series in Southern California.
The founding rule still holds: show up, curate well, treat vendors like partners, treat shoppers like guests, and make the kind of afternoon people remember.
Where we host
We host markets in four primary cities and serve a much wider audience that travels to attend.
Shoppers also travel from Irvine, Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Long Beach, Santa Ana, and across Southern California. See all upcoming markets for current dates and venues.
How we curate
Each market is its own application. Each application is reviewed for product quality, photo quality, brand consistency, and category fit for that specific market. We don't auto-approve. We don't auto-place.
The result is markets where every booth feels intentional — where shoppers discover new makers and where vendors don't compete with five identical category-mates. Category balance is the work; we do it on every market.
